Seth is a marriage and family therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families create meaningful and lasting change. With more than 20 years of experience, he has developed a distinctive therapeutic framework known as External Experiential Processing (EEP), designed to help you move beyond emotional roadblocks and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Seth’s work centers on identifying and resolving the underlying patterns that interfere with your personal well-being, your relationships, and even your professional growth. Through EEP, he can help you externalize and process emotional burdens, quiet intrusive or limiting thoughts, and break free from cycles that no longer serve you. His approach blends deep empathy with practical, results-oriented strategies, creating a space where you will feel both supported and empowered.
Seth works with individuals, couples, families, and business leaders who are ready to take ownership of their growth. By integrating therapeutic insight with actionable tools, he fosters resilience, clarity, balance, and stronger relationships—both at home and in the workplace.
He has been married for over 25 years and is the father of eight children and grandfather to three grandchildren. He values family deeply and understands firsthand the joys and challenges that come with building strong relationships across generations. Outside of his professional work, he enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities, playing sports—especially basketball—reading, and spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. Seth is also actively involved in serving in his church and is passionate about helping those he encounters in everyday life.
Whether navigating personal challenges or relational conflict, he will partner with you to unlock your potential and build a path toward lasting transformation.
