Grant moved to the area at the turn of the century graduating from Webb City High School with Honors. Grant then went on to study psychology at the University of Hawai’i earning a bachelor’s degree. During the summers Grant worked as a camp counselor in Buffalo, NY for youths with language based learning disorders such as Dyslexia. Grant continued his studies at the University of Michigan earning a master’s degree in social work. Grant then worked in community mental health for nearly 13 years where he provided therapy, case management, and diagnostic/intake services. Grant worked with local area agencies, FEMA, and the Missouri Housing and Development Commission to help individuals affected by the 2011 tornado find permanent housing. Grant obtained his LCSW and ACSW and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers. Grant specializes in sexual health concerns, treating individuals with psychosis, and has experience in working with eating disorders. Grant additionally treats conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. In his free time Grant enjoys playing video games and watching TV and movies, particularly science fiction and fantasy. Grant also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
